1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PPT Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction.

2. Description of the Service

PPT Pro is a personal tracking and organizational tool designed to help users log, store, and view their own protocol-related information for personal reference. The Service allows users to:

• Track inventory and vial information
• Create and manage dosing schedules
• Log doses and view historical records
• Set reminders and notifications
• Track personal progress

All information entered into the Service is user-provided.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not share or resell access to your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Take full responsibility for the information you enter and how you use it

5. Account Registration

Certain features require account registration. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.

6. Subscriptions & Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your app store account settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of the platform through which the subscription was purchased.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into the Service.

By using the Service, you grant PPT Pro a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not sell user content and do not share personal tracking data except as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may request a copy of your data (data portability) by contacting us at support@ppt.pro. In-app export options may also be available for certain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes

Google Calendar (Optional)

If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize PPT Pro to request access via Google's OAuth consent screen. PPT Pro only creates, updates, and deletes calendar events that it generates for your dose schedule; we do not read or modify your other calendar data. You may disconnect Google Calendar at any time in Settings > Calendar.

Your use of Google's services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All aspects of the Service, excluding user-generated content, including design, features, software, and branding, are owned by PPT Pro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT DATA WILL BE FREE FROM LOSS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PPT PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PPT Pro from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law.

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected within the app by updating the Terms and the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws based on the jurisdiction in which PPT Pro operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Users are responsible for compliance with local laws in their country or region.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
